Well this summer of Triathlon Racing has been progressing pretty well except for my swimming. I have done three races so far; Boise 70.3 Ironman (5:01), Blue Lake Olympic (2:15), and Pacific Crest Olympic in Bend, Oregon. My best result was 3rd place in my age group at Pac Crest.
I have discovered I'm too busy to update my own website with my training and racing progress so I am going to try this since blogging is possible via email and my PDA.
